Intellectual Property Law

TAILORS’ professional activities in the field of Intellectual Property Law include the following:

• Registration of national, Community, international trademarks and the maintenance of the validity thereof;
• Consulting on formalisation of the activities of authors and performers, taxation of authors’ and performers’ income;
• Drafting contractual documents relating to the use and transfer of intellectual property objects: Authors’ and Performers’ Agreements, Software Development and Licensing Agreements, document packages necessary in music and film industry projects, contractual documents necessary for investment in inventions and the commercialization thereof, etc.;
• Preparation of internal rules of commercial enterprises, research and academic institutions on the ownership of and obligations relating to the results of intellectual activity;
• Representation in negotiations and disputes on intellectual property objects;
• Advice on other issues related with the protection of intellectual property rights.
